The purpose of this privacy policy is to make the customer aware of how we process information. It is Number Nine's goal that you, as our customer, are aware of how we process personal information according to the new GDPR law.

1. How do we process personal information at Number Nine?

We only collect personal data in cases where this would be relevant for us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to our customer's activity. When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions.

We will only store your personal data for as long as we are either under a legal obligation to do so.

If you as a customer want to buy and receive a product or service from Number Nine, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction. To complete a purchase, Number Nine collects the following information: name, e-mail address, postal address, delivery address, telephone number and payment information in the form of Dankort information.

We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.

When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the concluded agreement. When making payments, some of your data will be passed on to Quickpay / Pensopay , including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.

If you have given us your consent to this during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send out a newsletter. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke consent at any time.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to purchase a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have received your product or service.



6. External data processors

We are in favor of the new GDPR rules and therefore have no intention of selling or transferring your personal data to third countries.

We have our website with Hostmaster and payment system through Quickpay / Pesopay , which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in Hostmaster data centers and secure personal data on their security network.


We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.
