The delivery is made with GLS and the delivery time will therefore depend on GLS's delivery frequency - however a maximum of 3 working days.
Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be packed and shipped the following weekday.

The risk for goods purchased at Number-Nine.dk passes to the buyer at the time of delivery. Complaints and any errors or deficiencies in delivery from Number-Nine.dk must be invoked within a reasonable time after the error is discovered. It is the buyer's duty to indicate and, on request, show the error/deficiency of the item. If an error or deficiency is discovered, please contact Number Nine as soon as possible at info@number-nine.dk

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order.
We point out that you cannot make use of your right of withdrawal by refusing to receive the item - in which case you will pay all costs associated with returning the item to Number Nine.

You have 14 days from receipt of the package to notify us that you wish to use the right of cancellation and then a maximum of 14 days to send the item to us. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the goods when using another supplier. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

NOTE* We are unable to pick up packages etc. which have been delivered to parcel shops.

All exchanges* and returns are processed within 14 days. When we receive the return item (or documentation that you have sent the item), we endeavor to refund the payment to the payment card used for the original transaction as soon as possible . No later than 14 days later, the amount will be in your account again.

In case of exchange as well as return, you are responsible for ensuring that the package is thoroughly sealed and the product is securely wrapped. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods. You are thus liable for any possible deterioration in the product's value, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine whether the product fits and suits your taste. This means that you can of course try the product in the same way as in a physical store, but not use it. If you do this, depending on the diminished commercial value, it may mean that you can only get some or, in the worst case, none of the purchase amount back when exchanging or returning.

Goods excluded from the right of cancellation The following types of goods are exempt from the right of cancellation:
  • Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
  • Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
  • Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
The condition of the item when you send it back You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, its properties and the way it functions. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
The full purchase price can only be refunded if the item is returned unused or used in a similar way as would be possible in a physical store. The possibility of getting the full purchase price back therefore expires if you use the item in a way that obviously significantly reduces the commercial value of the item. Refund of the purchase amount If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then. The only cost you have when you cancel a purchase is the cost of sending the item back to us.
The money is not paid out if the item is purchased with a credit card or similar. A new credit note is issued here


Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The right of complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.

If there is something wrong with the product (right of complaint)

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.

We are very careful to ensure correct handling of your order and to check that the item has no errors or defects. Should you receive an item that is subject to complaint, we are very sorry and ask you to contact us on phone 69149994 - weekdays from 10-15 or info@number-nine.dk, where we will do what we can to correct our mistake . When there is a fault with an item, you can either have the item repaired, exchanged or the money returned, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other inappropriate behaviour. It is therefore necessary that you follow the enclosed instructions for use, washing instructions and other instructions that guide the correct use and maintenance of the product. If a product fails to comply with the instructions, it will be perceived as incorrect use or other inappropriate behaviour, and therefore the product will not be covered by the right of complaint. How soon should I advertise?
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Sales to countries outside Denmark: Number Nine is not responsible for any duties or other taxes that may be imposed on a product purchased and shipped from Number-nine.dk. This duty or tax is borne by the customer.
